Payment problems

If you paid but your votes don't show after 20 minutes, email us with the email address you used, the contestant's name and the time you paid.

Report a contestant

If you believe a photo was stolen or a contestant is breaking the rules, email us with a link to their voting page and your evidence. We investigate every report.
